Sales Analyst

Location:  Auburn Hills, MI

Job Summary: The Sales Analyst supports the sales and marketing teams by compiling and analyzing sales and marketing data, generating leads, and creating reports for management presentations.  Throughout all, the Sales Analyst will serve as a working team member and individual contributor to the overall team’s success.

 Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data from sales reports, CRM systems, and market research sources
• Help drive usage of CRM system to capture pipeline opportunities and drive accurate forecasting of future revenue; must be a change-agent to help a geographically disbursed sales team increase CRM usage
• Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in our markets and provide actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing strategies
• Develop and maintain a lead generation and follow-up process using CRM tools and email campaigns, communicating leads found to appropriate sales team member for follow-up
• Create and update sales and marketing dashboards, reports, and presentations using data visualization tools and software
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of sales and marketing activities and campaigns
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide feedback and recommendations for improvement 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, statistics, or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience as a sales and market analyst or similar role in a construction, rental or manufacturing related industry
• Familiarity with Odoo (business management software) and proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
